Workshops
Using an
interactive approach, we teach new tools and resources to
parents, teachers, summer staff and professionals.
Shaping
Successful Children
Our
objectives are to offer new tools and resources that will
assist communal professionals in dealing with discipline,
class room management, individual/school issues, and family
management. The Center’s interactive professional
workshops are designed to remind school and recreational
staff members of their importance as a role model, and give
them tips and strategies to resolving conflict resolution
and offer new ways of building teams and effectively work
alongside parents.
Our
2.5 hour interactive workshops are designed to be tailored
made for the audience using role play, art and discussion.
The facilitator uses a multi-media approach in presenting
new strategies and creative ways to empower ourselves as
professionals. The workshops will have participants working
both individually and in small groups in order to integrate
the information into their daily use. Participants will be
offered handouts.
